Thread: Airtel having problem with OS 6.0 Devices

Guys,

I'm using BB 9780 since last 12 days and in these days, i lost EDGE on BB 4 times, when i called airtel guys earlier they told me that all is fine from their end and deactivated my service for few hrs then reactivated and issue was solved, this happened for last 3 times, today their executive told me that airtel as such is facing problem with OS 6 devices and their is lot of complaints from os 6 users across the country and airtel is working to resolve the issue.

Kindly let me know if any of OS 6 users on airtel facing this problem and wat's the solution.

i use airtel for a very long time and on bb for more than a year..
i face no problems..

it could be due to the fact of upgradation of 2G BTS to 3G...
