A humble request to the members of this group to try and help me! i got an unlocked verizon bold 9650 and i am facing problems registering it! i activatd da vodafone 399 plan but my device fails to register,tried registering thro HRT but nothing works my service provider is vodafone they say they cant do nething unless your device is registered .I can call on text from my bb but my bbm doesnt work as my phone is not registered !i have been searching carious sites for this for the past week but nothing could solve the problem but i hope n belive you guys can please help!
ps : i have only two service books which are of wi-fi!
if u bought the bb from a vodafone store galary then they will manage and do this
if u bought the bb from a vodafone store gallery then they will manage and do this software update of os for free or u can
even try to local bb service center might they can help u i know this bec i also had same bb error then i bought another torch but previous was such so i bought this model new form the vodafone store best of luck if u can convince them for an update
@amarbhupali -- Two options
1. Change service provider to get the handset working - Hopefully it will work on non vodafone network
2. Replace the handset and get a compatible one
