Thread: Blackberry Services Not Working

Hello friends pls help me out.
I bought a unlocked phone recently which shows a vodafone logo when phone starts up.
All the blackberry services are just working fine when i use airtel with it but when i use Reliance GSM sim in it, i am only able to use blackberry browser for browsing and further when i tried to use the services of Blackberry by activating the Plan then my phone showed me EDGE(in capital letter) after successful activation of plan but then also it does not worked.
Also i tried with host routing table, hard reset etc
And service book is also showing 7-8 services.
When i spoke to reliance customer care executives they just told me that my blackberry services wont work with reliance as the phone shows Vodafone logo on start up.
Pls help me regarding the issue because i want to use Reliance Network with my Blackberry Bold 9700.

Pradeep I think you've got a sim-locked fone. U will need to get it unlocked from the local mobile Wala. Or u can do it online herehttp://www.hackappleberry.com/Blackberry%20Unlock.html
