Hybrid : NitroBerry NX-10 for 9780

I can't brother as I'm on the Bold2 (9700) and not on the Bold3 (9780)

The steps are the same. No change there. Bas only remember the reboots, 4-5 per day, for the first 2-3 days.

Hi All, @Tejas and other Adminitrstor of this Forum,

I have successfully re-installed Nitroberry NX-10 on my Bold 9780. Initially i faced some issues which fix now after couple of reboots. I am facing one problem which i am not able to fix. Please find below the problem.

(When i am trying to activate my email accounts by just putting password and press verify button it says "Sorry, unable to continue your session. Please log in again" )

I did reboots more than 10 times, still i am facing this issue. So far everything is working fine. Kindly look into this as in my BB only email accounts is there which plays IMP role

Also, how to find Help Me Screen to check the version 7.0.0.115 is installed.

I am sending the screenshot of the error i am getting.

Appreciate anyone's prompt response and help.

Call up Vodafone Blackberry CC and ask them to reset your blackberry a/c password. explaining your problem to them.

They'll either give it to you on the phone itself or e-mail it to your registered e-mail with them.

Go to BlackBerry Internet Service from your PC / Laptop

the Login phone number
the password whatever the CC gave you

You'll get to setup your mail from there.

Thanks a lot. I have contacted Vodafone Blackberry CC. Its working fine now. I really appreciated a lot. Thanks a Ton.

I have two more problem:
1.How to find Help Me Screen to check the version 7.0.0.115 is installed or not ???
2.When i am updating my Blackberry ID username and password, it keeps on loading please wait........

Just help me on above two cases.

Please go to Options - Software Device Versions. There u'll be able to see versions for platform/OS etc etc.
For updating BB ID username and password, well it looks like nothing but a network issue. Try doing the same where u are sure to have good network, or try over wifi.

To access the Help Screen Press the ALT + SHIFT + H on ur BB keyboard

BB ID is giving a lot of problems to a lot of users. Generally a lack of proper n/w is the culprit. try using it on Wifi.

if it still doesn't work. remove bb id and re-install and see if it works.

See the primary reason to post your awesome hybrid on our forum is language translation.
Even after using Google translation,Indonesian to English is not working properly. Hence members were unable to read or understand it properly.
