OS upgrading problems....help...!!!

using this tutorial i was tyring to upgrade...
downloaded
8520wifiM_PBr5.0.0_rel1728_PL5.2.0.96_A5.0.0.1067_ AT_T

but the apploader is not showing any OS loaded in the computer.
help...!!!
i even wiped my device

Did you remove all previously installed OS from Add/remove programs on your computer? Try doing that and then run the exe file for the latest update.

@madhurinani first as guided in the wikihow (step 11) have you deleted all vendor.xml files from the pc????? even after deleting those files OS is not shown then uninstall all installed OS, reboot pc, through Ccleaner clean registery, reboot pc, then installed desired OS & delete Vendor.xml & then apploader will find the OS.

dude i wudnt recomend using tht os..nt tht it has problems...but instead use a hybrid os...i just installed 2day the JSL V7 os..its awesumm..this guy has also merged some os 6 cods in it...ur cell will b so fast u cant even imagine...also ul have 151mb free mem space..by far the largest free space provided by the 8520 os....

ill b posting it soon here...do chk out..
