9810 keeps on re booting after new app downlode form app word :(

hi just bought 9820 on this 24-10-12 and then late had instal some app from the app world it asked for a restart i did but then it never restarted it went on reboot reboot

then i swiped the bb using bbsak reinstalled the os7 it was working fine but same day as i downloaded app form app world same it asked me for a restart and then never restarted

i gave the bb back to the shop (vodafone gallery i bought form there ) on 9-11-12 they first told they will replace the handset but then they took only the bb without battery and back cover and charger box etc ...... they replied first the blackberry customer care will check what the problem in it if repaired then they will repair it or replace new
but iam worried bec after again reinstall the os again it works fine if we downlode the app for app world the problem aries there
hope they check it properly or it is no use if they re lode os and handover to me
i hope in this case blackberry customer care would take proper step bec
it is hardly some days used phone and under warranty

did any 1 face such prob ???? in this bb model

First and foremost, it seems as if the app is not supported on OS 7 or on ur device.

If an unsupported app is installed it may cause instability / os crash as happened in ur case.

Now coming to your point, any vendor will first try to get ur fone repaired.

If that fails to rectify, then and only then they'll issue you a replacement device.

But, generally if you are firm enough with them, you'll get a replacement device.

vodafone care center tried to repair same prob arrived then thy told me to take this handset to bb care center at khar i went there even the engineer was struggling for half hour on it was tring to find out what prob he then told it is bit technical now in the handset they r going to replace the handset new
i might get new within 2 - 3 days but
iam bit confuse bec what all app i down lode that were shown as compatible with os7 then also i faced such prob now i would think a lot to down lode any app

You shouldnt be worried in installing apps from app world, if its not supported on ur BB model/OS then it just wont let u install it. So be assured of it.
Could be just a faulty hardware, see if u get the same problem again, make sure to have it replaced.
