Thread: Voice mail notification not going away

All of a sudden I have 33 voice mail notifications on my Bold 9780!! I don's use VM at all (never configured as well) I dont know what happened all of a sudden and this icon o_o is just not going away.

Have tried booting it multiple times and no luck. Please help.

These days carriers are activating services without asking and you only realize when you check the bill. Call up IDEA and ask if there are any charges involved in Voice mail. Some carriers charge when you listen to a voice mail.

couple of options to get rid of notification
1. call up IDEA and ask them to clear VM notifications.
2. Do a battery pull, wait for 5-10 min and restart BB

I have upgraded OS and it went away
