Delete unwanted softwares or goto security options and then choose the last option " security wipe"
But this security wipe will delete all the data from ur phone memory and the original settings will be installed , it will becum the way it was when u first bought ur cell phone

@vmjafar yours is problem of memory leak & which is the last app you installed on the blackberry??? may be that app causing memory leak. BTW memory leak is part of blackberry os one need to learn to deal with it.
first do battery pull at fix interval, say once in a day or once in couple of day, depending on the rate of memory leak & the remaining application memory.
secondly update os to the latest release Upgrading your BlackBerry OS via BBSAK using Device Wipe « BBIndia
