The website has old plans like 599/mo, 6999/year, 299 mail lite. Doesnt mention any plans for prepaid. Maybe you can call their helpline and see.

I called their customer support at 12345 and they asked me to call 18002071234 to get info on blackberry plans, and sounds like there are plans for prepaid too, but the number above asks to call 12345 again to have the plans activated. I call them again and they redirect me to the toll free again saying that I can only activate my plans from there and now from 12345.

Abhishek might claim that Idea has great CS, but it is as dumb as the other providers.

If anybody could help me out in activating the prepaid blackberry plans I'll be really grateful. Thanks
