Dear Sachin,

I have recently ported my number from Airtel to MTNL. I was earlier using 899 BB service on Airtel, but was not happy with the service experience with respect to billing.

I am currently on MTNL prepaid and would like to know how to activate BlackBerry Services on MTNL prepaid. While I have sent an SMS with the Code ACTBB3G30 to 444, I received a reply saying "your request for activation of blackberry services has been received. You will receive a confirmation SMS." However, it's been about 6-8 hours and I have not received any confirmation sms.

The customer care center was something I was never relying on for any information.

Can someone on the forum please help on this. I have a bunch of important contacts on BBM that I cannot loose touch with on a regular basis. Help is much appreciated.
