Thread: Bbm new update v6.1.0.68 now available in the beta zone

While many have been using the latest version of BBM 6 (v6.1.0.49) RIM has pushed an updated version to BlackBerry Beta Zone for testers to pull apart. They’ve loaded version 6.1.0.68 for all to download, carrying a few bug fixes.
Updated in Version 6.1.0.68

• You couldn’t open locations in BlackBerry Maps that you sent or received – FIXED.
• The Group Updates section didn’t show a red star on new items – FIXED.

not worth updating at all...very minor fixes...wud suggest to wait for app world.or better a new version...

these are very minor fixes but if any one is using bbm group then this is the must needed update which will enable you to reach group conversations from home screen.

well it might have solved the notification issue(i didnt have 1)...but it hasnt solved the lagging problem....

i dunno how many face this?..but whenever i join a bbm group full of memebers my bb runs at snails pace... ne help guys??

yes, groups are always take a toll on memory, just try to Join the group with wifi connection on, but this presuppose your plan allows BIS over WiFi.

well i tried this as a friend of mine told me
goto main screen press alt lglg..this will bring up the log screen..now clear all logs and press option again and select hide all...do the same for Debug,Warnings & info...make sure all boxes are uncheked...after this bbm groups wont affect you at all!!

hey thanks for tips & in OS 6 we have Hide All Type option in the option menu of log which done away with step " do the same for Debug,Warnings & info...make sure all boxes are uncheked "
