Vishal, OS 5.0 is not available for 8320.
Latest for your device would be 4.5.0.182.

@sachin. thanks! i realized as much after i posted the question when i tried to upgrade using desktop manager

i am currently running v4.5.0.55 and no upgrade after that if i believe desktop manager
