I have always liked this way, u need to install BB App World Plugin & runs only on Internet Explorer. But a convenience to install all ur apps in one go.

Correction @pratit I've used the app world plugin on Google Chrome and it works gr8. Infact its been quite some years since I opened an IE window. :P

Its just like a cold war relic now on my PC.
