Being Charged for Voda Live charges even on BB Prosumer Lite Plan

Hey, i have been noticing for the past couple of months that i've been charged for vodafone live number of times in a day. And that also 10p , and this is showing around 5 to 6 times in a day, whereas I'm on the BBPL plan. Vodafone live is deactivated for me, as i understand. i don't have it as a browser. i always use my wifi to connect to the net, but still don't know whats happening.
Can anybody help me in this issue.

Vodafone is crap. I don't have VL or any app that uses VL on my 299 plan and i still get charged 10KB almost daily for VL data.

NO use arguing with them either they don't reverse back the charges. Their NODAL officer is a DUMBEST person i have ever talked to and their Vodafone stores are crap.

its like being forced to pay the extra charges.......ANY suggestions anybody.....whom to talk to....!

Its not possible that you're being charged even if vodafone live is deactivated. If you're from delhi circle then I would request you to share your no. to me so that I can get it checked!
